1. About These Terms

These terms apply to your use of laseryou.co.uk, to booking treatments with us, and to buying LaserYou gift vouchers. By using the website or purchasing a gift voucher, you accept these terms.

LaserYou is a laser and aesthetics clinic in Burnham. We do not sell or ship physical products through this website — our online checkout is used only to buy digital gift vouchers.

2. Treatments & Consultations

Treatments are carried out at our clinic, The Old Fire Station, Church Street, Burnham, and begin with a consultation so we can assess your suitability. Some conditions are better suited to a medical referral, and we will tell you when that is the case.

Results vary from person to person. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of a particular outcome, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

3. Booking & Paying for Treatments

Treatments are arranged by enquiry and consultation, and paid for at the clinic. Interest-free PLIM finance is available on eligible treatment courses or packages priced between £500 and £3,000, subject to status.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact us as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else.

4. Gift Vouchers

LaserYou gift vouchers are digital. You buy them online through PayPal and a unique code is emailed to you straight after payment. The following terms apply to every gift voucher:

• LaserYou gift card can be used as full or part payment for skin or body treatments.
• All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be extended.
• Full payment at the time of purchasing.
• Minimum age to use is 18.

5. Payments & Security

Online gift voucher payments are processed securely by PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details — these are handled entirely by PayPal.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Gift vouchers are digital items delivered immediately, so once a code has been issued they are non-refundable and cannot be extended, except where you have a right to a refund under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or other applicable law.

If something has gone wrong with a purchase, contact us with your PayPal order reference and we will help put it right.

7. Your Data & Privacy

We handle personal data in line with UK data protection law (UK GDPR). Our Cookie Policy explains in full what we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and your rights.

8. Liability

We provide treatments and information with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for results that naturally vary between individuals where a treatment has been carried out appropriately. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Governing Law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law of England and Wales.

10. Making a Complaint

We take complaints seriously. Please put your complaint in writing to consult@laseryou.co.uk and we will respond as quickly as we can, normally within five working days.
