Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our web site, and click on any items that you wish to buy, click the 'Add to cart' button and then go to the checkout to confirm your order.
It is your responsibility to ensure you enter the correct address details. We accept all major debit/credit card payments, including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Electron, American Express.
We will acknowledge receipt of all orders via e-mail where appropriate.
All orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours on a working day (subject to stock). Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible but cannot be held liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.
If a delay is likely, we will inform you, and you will be given the option to cancel your order with a full refund.
You have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
You may cancel at any time before the goods are dispatched. On cancellation, the price paid will be refunded within 15 days.
You may also cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods by emailing help@laseryou.co.uk.
To return goods, first confirm your request by e-mail. We will issue you with a Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) number and provide instructions.
We recommend using Recorded Delivery. Returned goods should be in original packaging or sellable condition. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.
If goods are damaged in transit or faulty, notify us within 14 days of delivery for replacement or refund.
