LaserYou – Body4Real Aesthetics is completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you have any comments or suggestions please do not hesitate to contact us.

1. Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our web site, and click on any items that you wish to buy, click the ‘Add to cart’ button and then go to the checkout to confirm your order. You will then see a list of the goods ordered along with the cost of postage. To continue shopping click the back button in your browser. After you have finished making your selections, click on “Checkout” in the shopping basket and you will be asked for further details that we need to be able to process the order. It is your responsbility to ensure you enter the correct address details. In particular, non UK customers must ensure they select the correct zone (eg European or Worldwide ) for the purposes of calculating the shipping price. Falure to select the correct postage will result in the order being held back until the correct postage has been paid.

We accept all major debit/credit card payments, including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Electron, American Express. We also accept cheques and postal or money orders, please contact us if you want to send us these types of payments. Delivery prices are clearly shown in the cart display when checking out.

Occasionally, our on-line card authorisation provider, SecPay/WorldPay/PayPal, flag certain orders with warnings and cautions. This is usually due to irregularities in the card details provided, i.e non-billing address or variations on the name of the card holder. In these instances we will request proof of identity (drivers licence, passport, card statement with card number and transactions removed/covered) by fax. If you are unable to verify your identity, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the amount charged minus the fees levied by our on-line card authorisation service providers. Please note that these checks are necessary to safeguard legitimate transactions. If you feel this policy is inappropriate and you would prefer financial transactions to be executed without any form of security check then please do not place an order with us.

The order contract’s content will be stored. You may store the terms and readily look them up. For safety reasons your order’s data are not available via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

2. Acknowledgement of Orders

We will acknowledge receipt of all orders via e-mail where appropriate.

3. Delivery Schedule

All orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours on a working day (subject to stock). The delivery charge is calculated by the website according to the weight of the order. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend and on National Holidays. We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible but cannot be held liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.

If a delay is likely, we will inform you, and you will be given the option to cancel your order with a full refund. If an order is returned undelivered, we will contact you and give you the option to cancel. You can email us at help@laseryou.co.uk if you require further information about your deliver

4. Order Cancellation

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the goods ordered then you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 as amended from time to time (“the Distance Regulations”). If you have any questions about the goods or need help on deciding whether or not to keep them, please contact Customer Services for more information.

(a) You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the goods are dispatched. You must contact us by telephone, in writing, by fax or by e-mail to cancel your order. On cancellation of your order, the price paid for the goods will be refunded to you within 15 days of cancellation;

(b) You have the right to cancel your order after dispatch. In this case, you must cancel your order within the 14 days after you have actually received the goods by sending an e-mail to help@laseryou.co.uk We will allow for a period of up to 10 working days for UK Orders and 20 working days for Non UK orders from the date of cancellation for you to return the goods. Unless otherwise stated, you should return products in using the Returns Label supplied. Please contact us to obtain a Returns Number (RMA) and place this on the outside of the package as this will reduce the time it takes to process your return; please note this is not mandatory.

5. Returns Policy

If you want to return goods to LaserYou – Body4Real Aesthetics you must first confirm your request to us in writing by e-mail. The sales department will then issue you with a Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) number and provide instructions on where to return the goods in question to.

When returning goods we recommend that you use Recorded Delivery or other secure delivery. The returned goods should be in their original packaging or in a sellable condition. Return postage is at your own cost and risk. On receipt of your returned order we will refund the purchase price paid for the goods.

(a) If you have received goods, which have been damaged in transit or are faulty then please notify us, within 14 days of delivery and then return the goods to us for replacement or alternatively a refund; .

Your right to cancel an order is subject to the following conditions:

(i) Please contact us by email at help@laseryou.co.uk to advise of any cancellation.

(ii) The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods.

(iii) Where you properly cancel or return your order, a refund will be made to you within 15 days of cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Refunds are made via PayPoint, Amazon, WorldPay or PayPal, our online credit / debit card processors, by UK company cheque or other secure method.

(iv) If you do not cancel your order either before dispatch or within 14 days of receipt, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and no refund will be due to you.

(v) If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you must return it to us for a refund. Please note that orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch at approximately 11:30am each working day. Once an order has been processed and sent to the warehouse it is too late to cancel dispatch.

6. Privacy Policy including Cookie Usage

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We may send you offers by e-mail but will provide you with an option to opt-out from receiving any further marketing e-mails from us in the future. We reserve the right to contact you by e-mail in order to confirm your opt-in or opt-out status (this may occur in the event of a technical failure).

The type of information we will collect about you includes:
1) name
2) address
3) contact details
4) products purchase history
5) payment details

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We have a no e-mail spam policy. No unsolicited marketing messages will be sent to you without prior consent, i.e. you joined one of our mailing lists or you responded positively when asked whether you wanted to receive product updates when you placed an order with us.

7. Products

help@laseryou.co.uk is not the manufacturer of any of the products advertised on its web-site. We do not accept any liability for any claims made by the manufacturer as to the suitability or effectiveness of any product. However, we do test all our products to satisfy ourselves that they are of a high enough quality to be represented on our web site. All products are suitable for the vast majority of purchasers. If a customer deems that a product is not fit for its purpose then it is their responsibility to contact the manufacturer directly with their complaint. LaserYou – Body4Real Aesthetics is simply a retailer for products placed legally on the open market.

8. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By placing an order for goods or services advertised by LaserYou – Body4Real Aesthetics, you are deemed to have accepted our Terms and Conditions as governing your order. If you do not agree to all the Terms and Conditions specified here, then you must not place any orders with LaserYou – Body4Real Aesthetics (LaserYou.co.uk).

9. Credit Card Security

All credit card transactions are processed via leading on-line payment providers – WorldPay, SecPay or PayPal. By using these secure third parties you can be confident when making on-line payments. Please note that LaserYou – Body4Real Aesthetics deletes sensitive financial information relating to customer orders on a daily basis and does not keep credit card numbers on file.

10. Risk, Delivery and Performance

The goods are delivered to you when we make them available to you (within a maximum period of 30 days) or if earlier, on them being delivered at the address which we have agreed. Risk in the goods passes when they are delivered to you. Goods will be despatched as soon as possible after our acceptance of your order.

We shall not be liable for any penalty, loss, injury, damage or expense arising from any delay or failure in delivery or performance from any cause outside our reasonable control such as acts of god, civil commotion, riots, flood, drought and fire.

LaserYou – Body4Real Aesthetics cannot be held accountable for delays attributed to carriers such as the Royal Mail, USPS or Couriers.

11. Making a Complaint

Complaints can be a useful source of information about how others see us, and how we are serving our customers. Whether the complaint is justified or not, the person making the complaint feels aggrieved with the service we provide. Therefore we have an established procedure for monitoring and dealing with complaints to restore the customer’s confidence in LaserYou – Body4Real Aesthetics and to ensure that we respond positively to our customers needs. We endeavour to respond within 5 working days of receiving your complaint with steps we propose to resolve the issue(s) raised.

All complaints are required in writing by either e-mail or facsimile. Please do not call us with your complaint as our operators will be unable to deal with your issue(s).
